I was perusing through my emails the other day and found this article,  Diet Mistakes Slideshow: Crash Diets, High-Calorie Drinks, Skipping in a Web MD newsletter. I really like their slideshows…most are really informative.

This one has a lot of slides with info that seems like second nature to me by now, but it’s always nice to have a solid healthy reminder. Even the most devout weight watcher can stumble and fore go some of the basics.

For example, not exercising is listed as one mistake you should not make when you’re serious about losing weight. I have a tendency to skip workouts and think my good, clean diet will compensate for it. It doesn’t. And worse, it can really sabotage your efforts and make you give up altogether…like I did just a little over a month ago. So, here’s a little kick in the pants!…
